4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Taxes, shipping fees and any other applicable charges are presented before the order is confirmed.

We may change our prices and promotions at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to an order that has already been confirmed.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current billing information. Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed.

5. Orders

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been formally accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, including in the event of:

• A pricing or description error;

• Product unavailability;

• A payment issue;

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized use;

• An unusually large quantity;

• An error in the information provided.

If DotPop Labs must cancel a paid order, the amounts collected for the cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Order Changes or Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted through our contact form within one hour of placing the order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. DotPop Labs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an error in the address provided.

8. Returns and Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, the products we sell are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, subject to any rights provided under applicable laws.

This rule does not limit any remedies that may apply when a product is defective, damaged, does not match the order or is otherwise covered by a legal warranty.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated when the offer is made. Unless otherwise indicated, they:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash;

• Cannot be applied retroactively;

• Cannot be combined;

• May have an expiry date;

• May be limited to certain products or customers.

We may refuse or cancel any abusive, fraudulent or unauthorized use of a promotion.

10. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, typographical errors, omissions or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

We may correct these errors and update information, including after an order has been submitted. If a correction materially affects an existing order, we will contact the customer when necessary.

The website’s content, including its text, logos, illustrations, characters, photographs, videos, graphic elements, packaging, trademarks and visual concepts, belongs to DotPop Labs or is used with the permission of its owner.

When you voluntarily submit a comment, suggestion, testimonial or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

We will not publicly use an identifiable photograph, testimonial or personal content for promotional purposes without obtaining the necessary authorization.

This provision does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections provided by the laws of their place of residence.
