Shipping is free within Canada on orders of $65 or more, before taxes and after applicable discounts.
For orders under $65, shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your address.
You may request a change or cancellation within one hour of placing your order by contacting us through our Contact Us page.
After this period, order preparation may have begun and we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible.
For hygiene reasons, blemish patches are final sale. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or an ordering error.
This policy does not limit any rights provided by law when a product is defective or does not match the order.
Did you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item or an incomplete package? Contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
If your package is delayed or lost, contact us so we can review the tracking information with the carrier.
